Therapy for Individuals, couples, and families
People don’t usually come to therapy because life is mildly uncomfortable—they come because something isn’t working, and surface-level coping no longer helps. If this resonates, you’re not alone.
Therapy with me is collaborative and active. We explore what’s happening emotionally, relationally, somatically, and cognitively so you can respond with more choice instead of repeating familiar patterns.
Therapy isn’t about quick fixes or being told what to do. It’s about building insight and awareness so change feels meaningful and sustainable.
This Is For You If:
You’re an adult (18+) seeking therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your family
You’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessiveness, eating disorders/disordered eating, or another persistent concern
You want to develop a more effective or compassionate way of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and body—one that’s sustainable
What therapy often leads to:
More clarity and self-trust
Stronger relationships with self and others
Less internal “chaos” and emotional overload
New ways to experience your life—not just manage it
A growing sense that you can handle what shows up—without abandoning yourself.
Therapy for Individuals, Couples, & Families
Change is possible, and therapy tends to work best when there’s consistency and trust. Meeting weekly allows us to build momentum, track patterns as they show up in real time, and make changes that actually stick. We’ll work together toward the goals that matter most to you.
What this looks like:
1:1 private therapy sessions (45-50 minutes)
Individual, couple, or family—depending on what you’re seeking support for

Not unless it’s useful. That said, we could explore past experiences if they help make sense of what’s happening now or support your growth. Therapy is oriented toward moving forward—not reliving or getting stuck in the past.

After nearly two decades as a therapist, I practice from an evidence-informed, eclectic approach. At the core of my work are non-judgment and genuineness, grounded in humanistic therapy.
From there, I integrate concepts and tools from several well-established models, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT).
My work is trauma-informed and tailored to each client, rather than driven by a single framework.

I am not in-network with any insurance plans. Upon request, I can provide a superbill (receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Therapy focuses on healing and clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Therapy is regulated healthcare, which means therapists must meet state-mandated education and supervised experience requirements, obtain licensure, and maintain that license in good standing.
Coaching focuses on enhancement—building skills, tools, and strategies to support growth and forward movement.

Absolutely! If you’re near Studio City, CA, come on in! And, I’ve been trying to move to TN for a while now, so please know that we could need to shift to virtual meetings.
