As a Speaker

I help families navigate eating disorders and mental health with clarity, and I help people discover self-acceptance—a foundation for confidence and inner peace. I do both by integrating research, clinical expertise, and lived experience. Audiences leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more anchored in self-trust, with language and tools they can use right away.

Hear Alli Speak

This clip offers a glimpse into my speaking.

I created the #ShakeIt for Self-Acceptance initiative to open honest conversations about the barriers to self-acceptance—shame, mental health struggles, eating and body image concerns, and the pressure to perform confidence. I chose fun, movement, and dance as the entry point, using joy and embodiment to make awareness and education more accessible.

Audience Feedback

As a Media Guest

I translate complex eating disorder and mental health topics into clear, accurate, and engaging conversations for broad audiences. By integrating research, clinical expertise, and lived experience, I help viewers, listeners, and readers better understand nuanced issues without sacrificing accuracy. My goal is to leave audiences feeling informed, hopeful, and equipped with practical insights they can apply immediately.
