As a Speaker & Media Guest

I help parents navigate eating disorders with clarity, and I help audiences discover self-acceptance—a foundation for confidence and inner peace. I do both by integrating research, clinical expertise, and lived experience. Audiences leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more anchored in self-trust, with language and tools they can use right away.

talks—whether motivational, educational, or clinical—draw from a consistent framework, with content shaped to the needs, context, and audience in the room. below are bookable immediately.

Hear Alli Speak

This excerpt also serves as my speaker reel, offering a glimpse into how I bring research, clinical insight, and lived experience to life on stage—grounded, engaging, and embodied.

I created #ShakeIt for Self-Acceptance to open honest conversations about the barriers to self-acceptance—shame, mental health struggles, eating and body image concerns, and the pressure to perform confidence. I chose fun, movement, and dance as the entry point, using joy and embodiment to make awareness and education more accessible.

As individual vulnerability turned private struggles into shared experience, a palpable sense of connection and collective freedom emerged. #ShakeIt is a movement that lives its message.
